During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. the big bathtub was definitely a plus after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access popular areas of the city, including Ximending and Taipei main station. the bus stop right outside the hotel was a huge plus for getting around quickly.
The lack of English signage made finding the hotel a bit of a challenge, and the staff's limited English made communication difficult. the air conditioning in the room could've been more effective, as the temperature was quite warm despite not using the blanket.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us during Easter. It was close to both the bus and MRT station and we were able to get to various attractions without any hassle. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. The staff were very polite and tried hard to understand us despite the language barrier. They provided a map and taught us where to take the bus to different places. the daily refill of water, tissue and toiletries was really beneficial.
There was limited food variety offered during our stay. It would be nice if they could serve more than the usual Chinese-style dishes daily.

The hotel offers a filling breakfast buffet with a variety of Asian dishes such as fried gluten and congee. Despite being a bit far from public transportation, the hotel is close to restaurants and convenience stores. the rooms are spacious with large working areas and comfortable, queen-sized beds.
It's disappointing to find that smoking is allowed near lifts despite no smoking signs all around.
